Love Interests Submission Guide

This is a submission guide for Love Interests Magazine — and it's pretty simple — we want stories told through the medium of art, media, and pop culture. So maybe that's a memory you regale through its playlist, films permanently linked to your old friends and lovers, a show or character you feel a deep (perhaps even unhealthy) attachment to, or a book that is your soulmate. The form doesn't much matter — it could be an essay, poem, short story, review, or interview, the style just needs to be yours. We're not interested in anything academic or objectively critical. Whatever you're writing about, it should be what that thing means to you.

So the guidelines are as follows:

• Not too long
• Not too short (at least 5 words please)
• Mixed-media permitted
